Drew’s Week Of Workouts With Limited Time

I get it, you are busy. Too busy to make it to the gym everyday.

Most people think that I can workout anytime because I own the gym. That’s not correct. I guess technically I can, but the time doesn’t allow me to do so.

With running the business, coaching classes, training clients, training and exercising our German Shephard, spending time with the kids and wife, and running the kids to their sports, my time is very limited.

So, I have to be creative. I very rarely spend an hour on a workout. Sometimes its 45 minutes, sometimes 30, sometimes it’s only 10 minutes. BUT, I try to do something every day!
